Please arrive on time.

Kindly allow extra travel time before your appointment to avoid being late. Arriving late may affect the schedule of the clients booked after you.

Late Fees

• Up to 20 minutes late₱200
• Up to 30 minutes late₱300
• More than 30 minutes lateAppointment will be automatically cancelled

Parking

• Motorcycles: Parking is available.
• Cars: You may park along the side of Gilmore Tower near BDO, but parking availability is not guaranteed.
• Another option is Robinsons Magnolia. It’s a short, walkable distance to the studio.

1-Week Service Warranty

All nail services come with a 1-week warranty from your appointment date. If you experience lifting, chipping, or any issues due to workmanship within the warranty period, I’ll fix them free of charge.

The warranty does not cover

• Forced removal, picking, biting, or peeling off the nail enhancements.
• Damage caused by accidents, improper aftercare, or misuse.
• Regular wear and tear.

Health & Safety

If you have any cuts, wounds, nail infections, or pain around your nails or cuticles, please reschedule your appointment. For your safety, I won’t be able to perform the service on affected nails, as it may worsen the condition or make it difficult to work safely.
